Anniversary Sale + Black Friday Order Refunds
If there is an issue with a product on your Anniversary Sale or Black Friday order that is eligible for a refund, we will issue a gift card in the amount of the full value of the product towards your next purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Every body is different and no one product will work for all people. As such, we cannot guarantee that our products will work for everyone. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on opened product, without exception. Unopened and sealed product may be returned for a refund at the customer's shipping expense.
Product Quality issues must be reported as soon as possible and we do not honour product quality issues beyond 6 months.
