Shipping policy
All orders ship from Mission (near Vancouver), British Columbia via Canada Post.
Free Shipping on Orders over $100
Applies to orders over $100 shipped within Canada and the United States only and does not apply on any fundraising orders or orders discounted 25% or more. *Subtotal must be $100 after any discounts have been applied and before any taxes have been added. Does not apply during any sale over 25% discount.
Navidium Shipping Insurance
We offer Navidium shipping insurance as an optional service for your order. You will find a Navidium toggle switch on the "Shipping" page during checkout. Switch the toggle "ON" if you'd like to purchase shipping insurance, which covers your package in case of loss, damage or theft.
**Please note that if you do not purchase Navidium shipping insurance, So Luxury Bath & Body Inc. will not liable for any loss, damage or theft of your package once it leaves the Só Luxury warehouse.

Processing Time
We have a current 1-5 business day turnaround time before your order will be packed and shipped. During a sale our turnaround time may be up to 10 business days. If it is not during a sale and you need your order in a rush, please contact us by email hello@soluxury.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Foreign Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for foreign duties or taxes imposed / charged by your country if you are ordering outside of Canada.

ANNIVERSARY SALE + BLACK FRIDAY - SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our usual Flat Rate and Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 shipping options have been removed and you will pay the actual shipping price set by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canpar for your order (which is the amount we actually pay; we normally absorb a portion of shipping costs on each order). We are unable to absorb a portion of the shipping cost when offering such great discounts.
ANNIVERSARY SALE + BLACK FRIDAY - TURNAROUND TIME & DELIVERY DELAYS
We will do our absolute best to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible; due to the volume of orders expected, orders may take up to 10 business days to ship in addition to actual shipping times. We are aiming to have all Anniversary Sale orders shipped by November 17. Please do not inquire when your order will ship until after November 17. Responding to inquiry emails takes away from actual packing and shipping time :) We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Purolator, FedEx or any other carrier.
ANNIVERSARY SALE + LOCAL PICKUP
We are offering local pickup for our local customers. Pickup location is from our warehouse in Mission, BC. Unit 105-32885 Mission Way, Mission, BC. Hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. If you are not able to pickup from our warehouse during our open hours, please select shipping at checkout. You will receive a pickup notification when your order is ready, please pickup within 10 business days of receiving your pickup notification or your order will be cancelled and refunded.
