Shipping & Policies
All orders ship from Vancouver, British Columbia using Canada Post.
We have a current 3-5 business day turnaround time before your order will be packed and shipped. If you need your order in a rush, please contact us by email email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Approximate Delivery Times
Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 2-5 business days
Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 7-10 Business days
International: 10-15 Business days
We do offer a local pick-up option for our Lower Mainland customers. Pick-up location is located in Mission, BC. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will email you with the address when your order is ready for pickup. You are charged a $10 fee at checkout which will be refunded once your order has been picked up. Once you receive your email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup, you have one week to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within one week, it will be shipped via Canada Post, you will be emailed a tracking number and the $10 shipping charge will not be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
Every body is different and no one product will work for all people. As such, we cannot guarantee that our products will work for everyone. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on opened product, without exception. Unopened and sealed product may be returned for a refund at the customer's shipping expense.
