All orders ship from Mission (near Vancouver), British Columbia via Canada Post. 

Free Shipping on Orders over $100 CAD*

Applies to orders over $100 CAD* shipped within Canada only and does not apply on any sale or orders discounted 30% or more.  *Subtotal must be $100 after any discounts have been applied and before any taxes have been added.

 

Route Shipping Insurance

We offer Route shipping insurance as an optional service for your order. You will find a Route toggle switch on the "Shipping" page during checkout. Switch the toggle "ON" if you'd like to purchase shipping insurance, which covers your package in case of loss, damage or theft. Local pickup orders do not need Route insurance. 

**Please note that if you do not purchase Route shipping insurance, So Luxury Bath & Body Inc. will not liable for any loss, damage or theft of your package once it leaves the Só Luxury warehouse.

If you have purchased Route shipping insurance and you do not receive your order or it arrives damaged, please initiate a claim with your Route order number (search your emails for Route) at https://claims.route.com/

Processing Time

We have a current 1-5 business day turnaround time before your order will be packed and shipped.  During a sale our turnaround time may be up to 10 business days.  If you need your order in a rush, please contact us by email hello@soluxury.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Foreign Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for foreign duties or taxes imposed / charged by your country if you are ordering outside of Canada.

Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 7-10 Business days
International: 10-15 Business days

Returns and Exchanges

Every body is different and no one product will work for all people.  As such, we cannot guarantee that our products will work for everyone.  Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on opened product, without exception.  Unopened and sealed product may be returned for a refund at the customer's shipping expense.
