Saved my post workout and marathon training body

Regular salts don't even compare to the Flaky So Lux salts. I put a lot of stress on my body from how hard I train in the gym and from running. I bought a couple bags before my half marathon, knowing it was going to be necessary for my recovery for the first few days following the race. An absolute staple in my house. It's also super helpful for period cramps. I've recommended this to a few friends for that purpose and they've come back saying how well it worked.

Whole family uses this product

We use this along with the coconut oat for bath time. Can not say if it makes a difference in the kids winding down but we (parents) also use this to soak in bath and definitely notice it helps with muscle relaxation. I am hoping it has same effects on my 2 toddlers since they are nonstop ALL DAY. The kids enjoy sprinkling it in their bath.
