Magnesium Oil is for use at the end of the day to promote a sense of relaxation and wellbeing through massage.  Apply before bedtime to the neck and shoulder area, lower back, legs or even the bottoms of your feet.

Beagán (Little) - 60 ml/2 oz
Mór (Big) -250 ml/8.4oz

Distilled Water and Magnesium Chloride. 

31% Concentration

Approximately 200 mg of elemental Magnesium per 10 sprays

Adults 15 - 30 sprays topically rubbed into the skin. You may layer the sprays or apply to multiple areas until you reach desired number of sprays. Start with 15 sprays and increase by 5 sprays until you find your #magoilmagic number. Allow to dry completely before contact with any fabrics. May leave a salty residue and can be rinsed off after 20 minutes.

For use on children, we ask that you do your own research and use it if you are comfortable.

*Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds, broken skin, and other sensitive areas such as your face. If redness or irritation occurs, rinse with cool water. Slight itching/warming is normal and will dissipate in 10-15 mins.

Best sleep ever

I’m someone who usually gets up a few times during the night, but using the recommended 10 sprays on the sole of my foot about a half hour before bed and I sleep right through! I love the Mag Oil!

Low Iron AND Restless? This is your go-to

So I've been severely anemic the last half year waiting for my first iron infusion at the hospital (crohns causes malnutrition and lack of proper absorption). And it's been hard managing while waiting for my iron infusion.

But the last month I've become SO restless (restless legs and arms) and just even more exhausted then before.
But I wasn't sleeping well at all as I would barely sleep thru the night.

I forgot I had your mag oil-so last two night I've applied it before bed.

And I've been sleeping SO good! I wasn't as restless and actually dreamed! I rarely dream as I don't think I was getting to that proper sleep state to dream

Beware! Mag Spray

I used this spray on the bottom of my feet before bed in hopes it would improve my sleep. I used this for 10 days. I didn’t notice any improvement in my sleep, unfortunately. I found that every time I went swimming or in the hot tub my feet would burn and itch! I stopped using the spray months ago and the bottoms of my feet have never been the same! They are dry and cracking! Which I have never had this problem. Please just be aware before using!!!
