My daughter has eczema and the bath soaks have been a lifesaver for us. I love that the company is a local, Canadian business and so when the lockdown started, I was happy to make a $100 order online to qualify for free shipping. I was disappointed however, to realize that one of the scoops I had ordered arrived with the logo being misprinted (stamped/ engraved?) on the scoop. They weren't going to be used as gifts and it doesn't affect the utility of the scoop, so it doesn't bother me too much but I did reach out to the company by email to let them know - I felt it was important to notify them for QA purposes and made sure to include a photo. However, I didn't receive a reply at all (email was sent in March). Considering the item is $2, I certainly didn't expect any monetary compensation but felt it was unfortunate that they couldn't take the time to at least respond.
